We work on natural nails only for these services. If you arrive with an existing gel color, acrylic, hard gel, or Gel-X overlay, that product must be removed before a fresh manicure, and removal is a separate booking requirement. Gel Polish Removal and Nail System Removal each must be booked alongside a manicure, never as a standalone appointment, because the condition of the natural nail after removal determines what we can safely apply next.
Design requests such as French tips, chrome, or simple nail art are add-ons layered on top of a manicure, not complete appointments on their own. If you want French tips on a gel manicure, you book the Basic Gel Manicure and add the Manicure French Tips add-on.
How to prepare for your manicure appointment

General aftercare and maintenance
